  • We provide nationwide shipping within Kenya.

  • International shipping is not currently available.

  • Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may have limited delivery options or longer transit times.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders under KSh 50,000: KSh 1,000 shipping fee applies.

  • Orders above KSh 50,000: Free shipping.

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and will be displayed before payment.

3. Order Cut-Off & Processing

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5 PM, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

  • Handling / Processing Time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.

  • Orders are carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch to ensure safe delivery.

4. Transit Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 days for all destinations within Kenya, Monday to Saturday.

  • Delivery times may vary due to product availability, courier logistics, traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery Methods & Partners

  • We collaborate with trusted courier companies to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  • A tracking number will be provided (where available) once your order is dispatched.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • While we strive for punctual delivery, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or logistical challenges.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability will require re-delivery arrangements. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

  • Report any damaged, defective, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographic evidence.

  • Claims will be evaluated, and replacements or refunds will be issued as appropriate.
